Chicken Ka-Bobs

Marinate chunks of chicken for a couple of hours along with
chunks of onion. You may add red/green/yellow peppers for
color if you wish) Then put on skewers. Be sure not to over
grill. Marinated meat takes less time to cook. Serve with rice
or potatoes. This is a great Summer buffet item.
