Use as a SAUCE

Pour over meat, then bake, baste often or use as a dripping sauce. Add 1 - 2 tablespoons per pound to ground meat before baking or grilling. It's great in burgers and meatloaf!

Use as a MARINADE

Marinate pork, chicken, beef and shisk-ka-bob for 1 to 12 hours; fish and shrimp for 1 hour. Peter's is ideal for all grilled foods!

Use as a STIR-FRY

Marinate meat before cooking, cook meat and vegetables, drain, add fresh sauce, heat 1 minute. Thicken with flour or corn starch if desired.
