Hamburgers and SaladPosted by Alice (216.179.3.156) on May 30, 2002 at 10:19:47: Peter, we have to tell you, we tried the marinade on hamburgers -- marinating for about 30 minutes before cooking -- and they were so delicious we didn't use catsup or relish (which we ALWAYS USE!). We simply didn't want to spoil the good taste. Also, we added a little of your mainade to an oil and vinegar salad dressing and it perked it up. I don't think we got the proportions quite right but we're going to work with it and try again. The "sauce" is great and we're going to find LOTS of ways to use it! -- Alice
