: Peter, we have to tell you, we tried the marinade on hamburgers -- marinating for about 30 minutes before cooking -- and they were so delicious we didn't use catsup or relish (which we ALWAYS USE!). We simply didn't want to spoil the good taste. : Also, we added a little of your mainade to an oil and vinegar salad dressing and it perked it up. I don't think we got the proportions quite right but we're going to work with it and try again. : The "sauce" is great and we're going to find LOTS of ways to use it! : -- Alice
