: Dear Peter,
: I am a health nut and run about 40 miles a day through the mountains of Pennsylvania. I like to eat well, but also like to eat healthy. Can I get a little extra energy from your marinade that will help me power through those last 5 miles.
: Yours in health,

Gosh, I never really thought of that. My marinades are primarilly for flavor, not nutrition.

But I like to point out that it is a fact that grilling marinated meats is better for you that non-marinated. The reason is that the marinade provides a barrier to the fire and reduces the "burned" meat particles that have been idenitfied as carcinagins.

Eat a balanced diet and drink lots of water. Your excercise regimen will keep your system purring.

Keep up the good work.
