: I've used Peter's Sauce for a couple of years - like it for something different when grilling pork and chicken, especially the new Hot version. But I've also discovered it's great for a non-meat dish. I drizzle some of the Lass Salt/Less Sugar variety over slices of firm tofu before microwaving it. Makes a quick tasty meal with a bowl of rice.
